Saline removal is a non-laser method used to lighten or remove unwanted cosmetic tattoos, such as old microblading, powder brows, or freckles. The process involves using a specially formulated saline solution, which is tattooed into the skin over the unwanted pigment. This solution binds with the tattoo ink and helps draw it out of the skin as the area heals.
